Use of Website

Please read all our Terms and other policies carefully before placing any orders on this Website.

We highlight our Privacy Policy in regards to purchases made by young adults. If you are under 13 please let your parent or guardian know about our Privacy Policy before registering on to our Website.

As a customer, you agree that the information provided by yourself during registering is accurate, true and complete. Should any information provided change, please notify us immediately. Registration requirements may change from time to time.

We may change or suspend part of the services with or without notice and with no liability to you. This can be part of the Website or as a whole, permanently or temporarily.

Material content shared via social media or any other medium, or sent to us will not be considered as confidential. We will be able to use such information to copy, disclose and distribute to third parties for any purpose.

We have the right to remove any content you have posted on the Website at our discretion.

Orders

All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. By placing an order you are agreeing to engage in a contract with R.Spades Limited. Orders placed in your shopping basket cannot be reserved and can be purchased by other customers visiting the Website.

There may be circumstances where orders cannot be fulfilled, for example if a payment authorization is unobtainable, the item is out of stock, or you do not meet the eligibility criteria to make the purchase.

Once an order is submitted to us, an order acknowledgement email will be sent to you. The email will include the order number, details of the products ordered and delivery details. Your order is only accepted once the product(s) have been dispatched from our end after which we will send an email confirming this.

First time customers are offered an option to register with us and complete an order form. When identifiers and passwords are provided by you to access restricted parts of the website, you are responsible to keep them secure and confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account please inform us immediately.

Once you check out, you will be charged for the products you have purchased. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, the amount will be credited to your account as soon as possible.

Price


Prices shown on the Website are in GBP, US Dollars or Euros. They are inclusive of VAT. These prices do not include delivery costs.

All orders are placed with R.SpadesLimited which is a UK entity. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply other international bank charges that are not in our control. Please contact your service provider before placing your order if this applies to you.

Payment


Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express amongst a few. The payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the order process on the Website.

During payment you confirm the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorizations by their card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Insurance & Delivery


Products ordered by you from us shall pass to you on the date and time of delivery to your nominated address.

We insure each purchase during the time it is on its way to you, until it is delivered to your doorstep. A signature is required for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchase is passed on to you. If a delivery is missed you can track it with the code we will provide to you.

Shipping


When your order is shipped we will send you a confirmatory email, which includes your tracking number. Track and trace your order, as you like.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.

The delivery service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the delivery address can sign for the purchase. If other persons in the building have signed the orderwe will not liable for a lost or missing parcel(home or office for example).

Delivery Costs & Times


We deliver Monday to Friday. Orders will be sent out as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to far off delivery locations and poor weather conditions.
