Shipping

When your order is shipped we will send you a confirmatory email, which includes your tracking number. Track and trace your order, as you like.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.

The delivery service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the delivery address can sign for the purchase. If other persons in the building have signed the order we will not liable for a lost or missing parcel (home or office for example).

Please ensure the billing and shipping address details are correct while placing an order, as we are unable to redirect parcels once an order has been processed.

Returns

When you place an order on www.royalspades.co.uk you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of its delivery date. The item must be unused and with all garment tags still attached. Please ensure the item is packed securely whilst returning it back to us since returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. The item(s) may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

The order returns form included in the package must be filled out and placed with the item when being returned. It must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. We may not refund items that are sent without the returns form.

You may return your items using any shipper of your choice. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as the care of the items is now under your responsibility. The customer is liable for any damage to the items until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend you retain proof of sending as we cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have sent back.

Refunds



Refunds are credited to your original method of payment. Refunds will be paid in the same currency of the purchase. We shall process the refund as soon as possible upon the receipt of return.

Exchange


Unfortunately we do not exchange any items at our shop. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you are welcome to return it and make a new purchase.
